Helpful Healing Music

I wanted to share with you ALL... a song that is near and dear to my heart. When my mother was sick and in Hospice back in 2006 my cousin Danica would create and provide us with CDs of gospel music to play in her room. One song that stuck out to me then (11 years ago) and continuously replayed in my head as I rested in the hospital bed was "I need you to survive" by the talented Hezekiah Walker. I pulled out my cell phone, laid it against my belly and hit play the lyrics that sounded from my cellular device soothed me and calmed my spirit right away. I know for a fact that it did the same thing for Dakota as she rested in my stomach before her grand appearance a few hours later. Sometimes when you don't know what to say or do the right song can get you to where you need to be. I hope this will help you during this time, I still play this song daily; even though I sound like a sick goat lol I sing it to Kota Bear every day.
